Inspire growth New York inc was spawned from the family office of Continental Advisory Services LLC which for over 20 years has supported both national and international not for profits. Its founder Jacob Yahiyan among his social impact career includes: NYC Teaching Fellow scholar, Youth Development Specialist, trustee for the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Dean Advisory Board roles at NYU, NYIT, Bard College, and Lebanese American university. Additionally Jacob Yahiyan is an avid conservationist and supports ducks unlimited as well as Brooklyn botanical gardens.

Jacob Yahiayan
During his twenty-five years in corporate banking, Jacob H. Yahiayan, founder and Managing Member of Continental Advisory Services, LLC has successfully structured over USD 5 billion in corporate financing in North American and international markets.
In his last management role, Mr. Yahiayan was the Assistant General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking at a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, Plc. Previously Mr. Yahiayan was the Vice President of the Corporate and Institutional Group for Standard Chartered Bank’s New York Branch, and Head of Credit and Business Development for the New York Branch of Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad. Mr. Yahiayan received his BA from New York University, MBA from New York Institute of Technology, International Management Certification from INSEAD, Fontainebleau-France, and an MS-Education from CUNY.
Joam Alisme
I have always been attracted to service and problem-solving. As a young man, I gravitated towards learning about history and how the great men and women of our past developed, at times, simple solutions to the most complex issues of their day. It was with that spirit that I contemplated what the path of my career would be. After high school, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving on active duty for four years.
Upon leaving the military, I moved to New York and quickly fell in love with the city. New York City is unlike any other place in the world. The blending of cultures, the drive and entrepreneurial spirit of its residents, and the dedication of its small business community to the pursuit of excellence is nearly impossible to find anywhere else.
I received my undergraduate degree from Park University, and then, following my year in the Brooklyn Criminal Court, I attended New York Law School. After graduation, I served as a court attorney in Brooklyn’s Civil Supreme Court, Commercial Division. My experience in the court system gave me a deep understanding of how the law works in civil disputes between businesses, partners, and shareholders, which has been foundational to Alisme Law.
Carol McCraem, CPA
Carol A. McCrae is a New York State Certified Public Accountant. She has over 17 years of public accounting experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from New York University and a Master of Science (MS) in Taxation from Long Island University, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since November 2000.
In 2007, she started her own firm C.A. MCCRAE, CPA, LLC, a M/WBE certified entity in both the State and City of New York. C.A. MCCRAE, CPA, LLC provides accounting and financial statements, tax preparation and planning, bookkeeping, payroll services and back office management implementation to small-to-medium sized businesses, non-profit organizations, individuals and government entities.
Carol is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP), National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), and the National Society of Accountants (NSA).
